BARGAINING SESSION

 

The Negotiations Team representing the Central Springs Community School District Board of Education will meet with representatives of the Central Springs Education Association as part of the collective bargaining process for the purpose of negotiating salary and benefits for the 2026-2027 school year for the Professional Certified Staff. 

 

Exempt Session:  Under Iowa Code 20.17(3) we will go into an exempt session to discuss negotiations, strategy meetings of public employees or employee organizations, mediation and the deliberative process of arbitration.
