CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES -
March 23, 2026

The Public Hearing for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the Middle
School Library at Nora Springs on March 23, 2026. The public hearing was called to order
at 6:03 p.m. by President Jean Schilling. Other Board members present were Ashley
Kohler, Josh Berman, Sean Arthur, and Joe Rowe. Also present were Superintendent Wade
Grinhaug and Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge. 16 guests were present.

The 2026 - 2027 Proposed Tax Levy Statement was presented by Wade Grinhaug.

There were no written comments to the board.

There was discussion held on the current tax rate levy with the guests that were present.

The hearing was adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
