CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES – August 6, 2026.
The Public Hearing for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the High School Library in Manly on
August 6, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Board member Josh Berman. Ashley Kohler was present
in person and the following members joined via google meet, President Jean Schilling, Vice President Sean Arthur, and
Joe Rowe. Also present were Superintendent Wade Grinhaug, Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge and Mark Kroemer.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Rowe to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
There were no written or oral comments.
The district is proposing an issuance of approximately $6,500,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services, and Use Tax
Revenue Bonds.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Arthur to adjourn the public hearing.
Berman adjourned the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
