CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING MINUTES - August 6, 2026
The Special Meeting for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the High School Library in Manly on
August 6, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Board member Josh Berman. Ashley Kohler was present
in person and the following members joined via google meet, President Jean Schilling, Vice President Sean Arthur, and
Joe Rowe. Also present were Superintendent Wade Grinhaug, Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge and Mark Kroemer.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Rowe to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
There were no public comments.
A motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Arthur to approve the resolution supporting the proposed issuance of
approximately $6,500,000 school infrastructure sales, services, and use tax revenue bonds. A roll call vote was taken
Schilling Aye, Rowe Aye, Kohler Aye, Arthur Aye, Berman Aye. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Arthur to adjourn the special meeting.
Berman adjourned the meeting at 4:21 p.m.
