CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING MINUTES - September 9,
2026
The Special Board meeting for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the Middle School
Library on September 9, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Jean Schilling. Other
Board members present were Sean Arthur, Ashley Kohler, Joe Rowe, and Josh Berman. Also present were
Superintendent Wade Grinhaug, Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge, Cole Younger, Mike Pardun from Denovo,
and Mark Kroemer for Atura.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Arthur to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried
unanimously.
No Public Comments were heard.
Motion was made by Rowe and seconded by Kohler to approve the finalized project list for the facilities plan.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Berman to adjourn the Board Meeting. Motion carried
unanimously.
President Schilling adjourned the meeting at 7:57 p.m.
Our next board meeting will be held on September 21, 2026 in the Middle SchoolLibrary in Nora Springs
beginning at 6:00 p.m.
