CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES - April 7, 2025
The Public Hearing for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the High
School Library at Manly on April 7, 2025. The public hearing was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
by President Jean Schilling. Other Board members present were Ashley Kohler, Josh Berman,
and Sean Arthur. Joe Rowe joined the meeting at 6:02 p.m. Also present were Superintendent
Darwin Lehmann, Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge, and SBO Sara Meinders. 5 guests were
present.
The 2025 - 2026 Proposed Tax Levy Statement was presented by Sara Meinders.
There were no written comments to the board.
There was discussion held on the current tax rate levy with the guests that were present.
Arthur motioned to adjourn the public hearing, seconded by Kohler. Motion carried unanimously.
The hearing was adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
