CENTRAL SPRINGS SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING MINUTES -
January 23, 2025
The Special Board meeting for the Central Springs Community School Board was held in the
Conference Room at Nora Springs on January 23, 2025. The meeting was called to order at
5:00 p.m. by President Jean Schilling. Other Board members present were Josh Berman, Joe
Rowe, Ashley Kohler, and Sean Arthur. Also present was Board Secretary Jackie Dalluge, HR
Anna Blair, and Roger Wilcox from Grundmeyer Leader Services.
Motion was made by Arthur and seconded by Kohler to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Kohler and seconded by Berman to go into closed session to screen
semi-finalist candidates for the superintendent position according to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i).
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Arthur and seconded by Kohler to come out of exempt session at 9:36
p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Arthur and seconded by Rowe to adjourn the Board Meeting. Motion
carried unanimously. President Schilling adjourned the meeting at 9:37 p.m.
